The ZecoCM website and application — including its source code, design, user interface, the TRACE integration layer, and documentation — are the property of Zeco Inc. and are protected under the copyright laws of the United States (Title 17, U.S. Code), the Copyright Act of Canada, and applicable international treaties, including the Berne Convention. "ZecoCM" and the ZecoCM logo are trademarks of Zeco Inc. No license to use these trademarks is granted by this notice.
Customer Data
Zeco Inc. does not claim ownership of the project records, documents, photographs, or other content ("Customer Data") that customers and their authorized users submit to the Service. Customer Data remains the property of the customer organization that submitted it, subject to the limited license described in our Terms of Service that allows us to host and process it in order to provide the Service.
Open-source components
The ZecoCM application is built in part on open-source software, including the Laravel framework and other permissively-licensed (e.g., MIT-licensed) components, each of which remains governed by its own license. A full list of third-party components and their licenses is available on request at legal@zecocm.com.
Copyright complaints — United States (DMCA)
If you believe content on the ZecoCM website infringes your copyright, you may send a notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to legal@zecocm.com, including: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (3) identification of the material you claim is infringing and its location on our site; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Copyright complaints — Canada (notice-and-notice)
Canada's Copyright Act uses a "notice-and-notice" regime rather than the U.S. "notice-and- takedown" model: on receiving a compliant notice of claimed infringement, we forward it to the person alleged to have infringed, rather than automatically removing the content. Notices under this regime can be sent to the same address above.
